Part-time Waiter/Waitress in Malmö

About the role

Lola Maria, a vibrant Spanish‑inspired restaurant in Malmö, is looking for a friendly and energetic waiter or waitress to join its team on a 50% part‑time basis. You will be the face of the restaurant, guiding guests through the menu and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and positive energy.
• Take orders accurately, suggest menu items and serve food and drinks with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized section and support smooth, high‑energy shifts.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver attentive service throughout the guest experience.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, great personality and genuine love for hospitality.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
