Bartender

About the role

Basta is opening a new restaurant and is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to create a lively, generous atmosphere for guests. You will work closely with the floor and management teams to ensure smooth, organised service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, wines and drinks according to Basta standards.
• Deliver friendly, confident and engaging bar service.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service.
• Support the floor team to create a seamless guest experience.
• Manage stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service.
• Follow hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Energy, personality and a real passion for hospitality.
• Previous bar or restaurant experience.
• Enjoy working in a busy, high‑energy environment.
• Positive attitude and confidence with guests.
• Team player with clear communication.
• Reliability, organisation and willingness to learn.
