IP Solution Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking an IP Solution Manager to lead network solution sales in Sweden. You will work closely with account managers to develop new business opportunities and drive pre‑sales activities for fixed‑network domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage network solution sales for the Swedish market, focusing on Fixed Access FTTH/GPON, DWDM, and IP/Datacom technologies.
• Collaborate with account managers to create customized solutions that meet carrier and telco requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end network architectures and present them to customers.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
• Prepare and review solutions, quotations, and tender submissions, including clarification and presentations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of FTTx/PON, DWDM, routers and switches product portfolios.
• Excellent marketing, presentation, business analysis, strategic sales, and contract negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proven interpersonal and team‑collaboration abilities.
