Social Media Manager

About the role

Peak Performance is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Based in Stockholm, you will translate the brand’s adventurous spirit into engaging content that supports campaigns and drives audience growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global social media strategy, creating and maintaining a content calendar aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, PR, e‑commerce, athletes and creative teams to plan, produce and amplify campaign assets.
• Manage community engagement, respond to enquiries and foster relationships with followers and brand advocates.
• Provide audience insights, channel recommendations and creative input during seasonal and go‑to‑market processes.
• Support local markets by adapting global guidelines to regional relevance.
• Lead reporting and KPI analysis to inform future strategy and budget decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for an international brand.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for outdoor adventure and the freeride spirit.
