Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

The Demand Generation role is focused on driving measurable impact for Adyen’s new customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across owned channels, paid media, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns to drive pipeline.
• Leverage trade shows and Adyen‑owned events for demand generation, including prospect attendance and nurture tracks.
• Partner with SDRs and Sales to identify high‑priority accounts and build segmented target lists.
• Create tailored messaging and creative for prioritized accounts and event touch‑points.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on media strategies and run regional email, direct marketing, and landing page programs.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize across all touch points.

Required profile

• 3+ years B2B demand generation or integrated marketing experience with proven net‑new customer acquisition.
• 5+ years overall marketing experience.
• Native spoken and written Swedish and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel 20%+ domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Experience with ABM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
• Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools such as Looker.
• Ability to design and execute multi‑channel email and landing page campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset for campaign optimization.
