Nordic Brand Activation & Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Nordic Brand Activation & Trade Marketing Manager you will bring Peak Performance to life across the Nordic region, linking global brand strategy with local culture. You will lead activations, community experiences and trade campaigns with key accounts, driving brand visibility and sell‑through across retail, digital and event touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Nordic brand activation, trade marketing and key city plan aligned with global strategy.
• Lead seasonal product and brand campaigns across consumer and trade touchpoints, including in‑store, events, PR, communications and influencer marketing.
• Manage joint trade marketing campaigns with top Nordic key accounts from planning through execution and reporting.
• Partner with Nordic Sales and Key Account teams to create launches and retail experiences that drive sell‑through.
• Collaborate with global Brand, Creative, Social Media, Paid Media, PR and Retail teams to ensure locally relevant, consistent campaigns.
• Brief and manage regional agencies, suppliers and partners, ensuring delivery on brand, on time and within budget.
• Own the regional activation and trade marketing budget, measure performance and ROI, and feed market insights into global planning.

• Strong brand instinct combined with a commercial mindset, understanding how marketing influences visibility, engagement and sell‑through.
• Confident collaborator able to align sales teams, global functions, agencies and retail partners around shared goals.
• Creative storyteller with a sharp eye for premium consumer and retail experiences.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable managing multiple markets, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Passionate about mountains, outdoor culture and inspiring people to get outside.
