Shopper Activation Manager – Oral Health Care

About the role

As our Shopper & Category Growth Manager for Personal Health, you will drive shopper strategies that accelerate category growth within Oral Health Care. You will lead the development and execution of shopper activation plans aligned with category strategies, creating impactful in‑store experiences and ensuring strong brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Working closely with marketing, commercial teams, and retail partners, you will optimise launches, strengthen shopper engagement, and help innovate the Nordic retail experience. You will also collaborate with the wider Western Europe Shopper team to share best practices and drive efficiencies across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate consumer behavior and category strategies into effective activations that drive purchases and boost sales.
• Ensure our presence in stores (offline and online) is state of the art.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activities, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with key retailers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in retail shopper marketing, preferably developing category strategies.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviours and ability to turn insights into compelling trade arguments.
• Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to excellent execution.
• Analytical and data‑savvy, comfortable using Excel or dashboards to track performance.
• Strong communicator and team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Never settle for “good enough” and take pride in delivering results.

What we offer

• Base salary range between 420,000 SEK and 660,000 SEK per annum.
