Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering Manager – Nordics

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales and Solution Engineering (Value Engineering) Manager you will lead a team of Value Engineers, driving end‑to‑end customer value journeys, expanding existing accounts and ensuring renewals across the Nordics region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and frame value opportunities for prospects and customers, translating strategic objectives into high‑impact Celonis use cases.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption and renewal of accounts.
• Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, deploying new features, apps and products while advancing strategic growth programs.
• Recruit, mentor and develop world‑class Value Engineers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Serve as executive sponsor, hosting Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to communicate results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Domain expertise in finance, supply chain or similar strategic transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate ecosystem partners and deliver measurable value.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and experience presenting to C‑level audiences.
• Track record of value selling, discovery, qualification and driving subscription renewals/expansions.
• Leadership experience leading high‑performing technical teams.
