Head of Value Engineering - Nordics

About the role

Celonis is seeking a Head of Value Engineering for the Nordics to lead a team that drives end‑to‑end customer value journeys, from landing and expanding accounts to renewals. Reporting to GTM leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensure customers realize significant value from the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full customer value lifecycle, including landing, expansion, adoption and renewal of accounts.
• Translate strategic objectives into high‑impact Celonis use cases and evangelise Process Intelligence.
• Serve as executive sponsor, presenting value roadmaps to C‑level executives and conducting QBRs/EBRs.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Value Engineering team, recruiting new talent and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Allocate resources across Value Engineering, Services and Ecosystem to meet sales, renewal and adoption targets.

Required profile

• Deep domain expertise in finance or supply‑chain transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience guiding customers through strategic transformation and value realization.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to communicate results to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including hands‑on involvement and mentorship.

Required skills

• Process Intelligence platform expertise (Celonis).
• Dashboard creation and visualization.
• App development and Action Flow configuration.
• Project management and value‑selling methodology.
