FP&A Manager

Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending cutting‑edge technology with world‑class soundtracking. As an FP&A Manager you will bring structure, insight and analytical rigor to tracking and forecasting, enabling senior management to make well‑informed decisions as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Financial management reporting, including monthly reporting to senior management.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Revenue and cost monitoring in close collaboration with the business.
• KPI reporting and visualization.
• Ad‑hoc business performance reporting and financial process development.
• Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes and programs are achieved.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• Experience as a Business Controller, preferably in a global or rapidly scaling organization.
• Detail‑oriented and analytical with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to build scalable financial processes.
• Strong communication skills, outgoing mindset and ability to prioritize and plan time effectively.
• Advanced user of Excel.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in an international, publicly listed, or subscription‑based (SaaS) context is a plus.
