Regional Kitchen Manager – Multi‑site Restaurants

About the role

As a Regional Kitchen Manager you will work closely with the Culinary Director to elevate the performance of multiple Basta restaurants. You will coach Head Chefs, ensure consistent food quality, and drive profitability across all kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop Head Chefs and kitchen teams across several venues.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and operational standards.
• Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and lead waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Deliver training and development programmes for culinary staff.
• Conduct kitchen audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Director on strategic culinary projects.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Strong experience in multi‑site kitchen operations.
• Previous role as Executive Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Operations Manager, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in food cost management and kitchen profitability.
• Passion for developing people and building high‑performing teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly between restaurant locations.
