Senior Restaurant Host

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Villa Valentina, you will create a warm welcome and ensure a smooth arrival experience. You will manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and support the flow of service throughout the dining period.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make a strong first impression.
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, and seating plans.
• Support the team by maintaining smooth table flow during service.
• Communicate clearly with managers, wait staff, and kitchen when needed.
• Answer guest questions with confidence, care, and professionalism.
• Keep the entrance and host area organized, presentable, and ready for service.

Required profile

• Warm, positive, and confident when speaking with guests.
• Organised and calm in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork; Swedish language skills are a plus.
• Professional, reliable, and well‑presented.
• Able to multitask and pay attention to details.
• Passionate about delivering great guest experiences.
