Program Manager – Key Quality Investigations

About the role

The Program Manager will lead medium‑ to large‑scale quality investigations, primarily for the High‑Speed portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and protect customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with sales, R&D, service, product management and engineering to ensure clear ownership and progress tracking.
• Prepare and present findings to the Claims Steering Committee and senior BU SET management.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement of investigation processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in quality, engineering, product development, manufacturing, service or technical project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence skills, able to translate technical findings for both technical and business audiences.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Knowledge of high‑speed separators or centrifugal separation.
• Structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
