Product Developer Assistant

About the role

Join Peak Performance’s Product Development team in Stockholm as a Product Developer Assistant. You will support the creation of high‑quality, sustainable outdoor products, working closely with the Product Developer and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Developer throughout the product development process for assigned categories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Pattern Makers and Fabric Teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate development activities, track timelines, and manage sample status.
• Maintain accurate product data, documentation and systems.
• Communicate product information to production offices and suppliers.
• Help ensure products meet Peak Performance’s quality and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in products, materials and product development.
• Curious, eager to learn and develop within the field.
• Motivated to grow knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.
• Enjoy being close to the product throughout its development journey.
