About the role

Alfa Laval in Stockholm is launching a 13‑month Graduate Program in Separation Technologies, starting September 2027. The fast‑paced, hands‑on programme combines rotations across core business areas, an international assignment, and a dedicated project, giving engineering graduates exposure to different functions and geographies while laying the foundation for a long‑term career at Alfa Laval.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 1–3 month rotations in core business areas of the Separation Technologies unit, covering R&D and supply‑chain functions for high‑speed separators, decanters and membrane technologies.
• Undertake an international assignment in the final month of the programme.
• Lead a dedicated project that runs throughout the 13‑month period, delivering tangible results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on real‑world engineering challenges and case studies.
