Documentation Engineer – Food & Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a Documentation Engineer specialized in food and pharmaceutical applications for a global industrial engineering client. The position is a full‑time consulting assignment based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and quality‑assure complete technical documentation and customer turnover packages.
• Ensure all documentation complies with GMP and GDocP standards as well as specific customer requirements.
• Coordinate with factories and other stakeholders to expedite the delivery of accurate documentation.
• Support the business by providing high‑quality, easily accessible technical information.

Required profile

• Strong flexibility and ability to collaborate closely with the client.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive consulting mindset.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably food or pharma.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations.
• Familiarity with GDocP (Good Documentation Practice) standards.
• Technical writing and documentation management expertise.
