Digital Sales Representative - Swedish Speaking

About the role

SailPoint is looking for a Digital Sales Representative fluent in English and Swedish to drive sales growth in the Strategic Nordics market, primarily Sweden. The role combines proactive outreach, relationship building and strategic sales tactics, using the SailPoint sales model to deliver a positive customer experience and maximise revenue in target accounts. The representative works alongside a team of field sales colleagues such as Outside Account Executives, SEs and channel partners to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Use experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales to build relationships and close deals in target accounts.
• Work with field sales counterparts to open new accounts and cross-sell to existing ones.
• Process inbound inquiries, identify qualified leads and opportunities, and manage sales calls at varying account levels.
• Follow the onboarding path: complete the Getting Started checklist, Challenger Sales training, learn the SailPoint pitch, and shadow discovery calls.
• Prospect using LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget and ZoomInfo, sequence prospects and convert leads to opportunities in Salesforce.
• Build a pipeline, meet KPI targets and eventually close deals independently with support from an Account Executive.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Swedish; other Nordic languages are an advantage.
• 2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in technology.
• Effective communication, listening and persuasion skills, with a positive phone presence.
• Ambitious self-starter able to process inbound inquiries and identify qualified opportunities.
