Enterprise Account Executive – CPG, Retail & Manufacturing

About the role

Celonis is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth for CPG, Retail and Manufacturing customers across the Nordics. You will join a high‑performing Nordic enterprise sales team and work closely with Value Engineers, Business Development Representatives and partners to capture high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within a defined portfolio of target accounts.
• Build relationships with executives and decision‑makers, understand their strategic and operational needs, and articulate how Celonis can address them.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including qualification, needs analysis, solution presentation and deal negotiation.
• Deliver tailored presentations and demos, often in collaboration with Value Engineering, to showcase solution value.
• Establish strong partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners and the Big 4 to expand market reach.

Required profile

• Proven success in SaaS sales, both expanding existing accounts and generating new business.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Consultative selling approach with a track record of influencing C‑level executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
