Engineering Manager – Revenue Management Azure

About the role

The Engineering Manager – Revenue Management Azure will be an integral part of DoiT's global R&D team, working remotely across several European locations. This hands‑on, player‑coach role combines technical contribution with people leadership to drive Azure‑based SaaS revenue solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, overseeing delivery and professional development.
• Drive architectural decisions, code reviews, and maintain engineering standards for Azure‑based SaaS services.
• Own roadmap planning, prioritisation, and delivery cadence in partnership with product owners.
• Recruit, interview and maintain high hiring standards while mentoring other engineering managers.
• Communicate effectively across leadership, product, design and customer‑success teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 4 years of hands‑on engineering management.
• Proven track record of building and operating cloud‑native SaaS products on Azure (and preferably AWS/GCP).
• Strong background in FinOps and multi‑disciplinary teams including full‑stack and data engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to improve delivery velocity, technical quality and team calibre.
