About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Safety Manager (BAS‑P) to support a property owner in Gothenburg on multiple façade renovation projects. The position is a consulting assignment, based in Gothenburg with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the BAS‑P function during the design phase of several façade renovation projects.
• Develop separate occupational health and safety plans for each project.
• Coordinate safety matters throughout the design process and ensure that all relevant risks are identified and mitigated.
• Collaborate closely with the client and project teams, requiring high flexibility and strong teamwork.
• Support projects that include painting wooden façades, window refurbishment, façade replacements, roof works and related tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BAS‑P or site safety manager on construction projects, preferably in façade renovation.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish work‑environment legislation and construction safety standards.
• Ability to produce detailed safety plans and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• BAS‑P certification.
• In‑depth understanding of Swedish construction safety regulations.
• Experience with occupational health and safety planning for building renovation projects.
