About the role

We are seeking a Data Coordinator (Datasamordnare) for a public traffic authority in Stockholm. The position supports investment projects linked to the development and upgrade of the existing metro system, focusing on CAD and data coordination, document handling, and technical documentation investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate digital and paper deliveries of construction documents from design through production.
• Manage the flow of review documents, gather and compile review comments.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality technical documentation across all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, project managers, technical experts, and other relevant parties.
• Contribute to the establishment of standardized work methods and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Strong flexibility and ability to work closely with the client.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD tools.
• Experience with document management and technical documentation processes.
