About the role

We are seeking a consultant to provide program support for the Gävle‑Kringlan programme at the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket). The assignment is full‑time, based in Gävle with a hybrid work model, and focuses on the restart of the programme after a scope revision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the programme leadership in developing the programme’s capability and governance structure following the XLPM project model.
• Coordinate and align related projects and activities to achieve common strategic objectives.
• Ensure that expected benefits and effects are realised throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Produce a comprehensive programme plan that defines steering methods, goals and performance indicators for the renewed programme.
• Collaborate closely with the client, adapting quickly to changing requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or large‑scale project environments, preferably within transport or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong flexibility and ability to work collaboratively with client teams.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills to translate programme goals into actionable plans.
