Byggledare Hus

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager (Byggledare Hus) to lead municipal residential building projects in Örebro. This is a consultancy assignment that involves new builds, extensions, renovations and other building‑related works.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction management in accordance with project contracts and applicable regulations such as AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, AMA HUS, AF, RA and MER.
• Develop action and resource plans for your own tasks and monitor adherence to the project schedule.
• Act as the client’s representative within the assigned authority, providing support to the contractor throughout the construction phase.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure flexibility and effective teamwork.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work flexibly and cooperate with various stakeholders.
• Experience representing a client in construction projects and driving progress independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Swedish construction contract standards (AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, AMA HUS, AF, RA, MER).
