Associate Partner – Business Consulting (SAP)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive SAP‑based transformation initiatives for large enterprises in Sweden. As an Associate Partner in Business Consulting, you will act as a trusted advisor and spearhead growth within the Digital Platforms Practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell integrated SAP transformation solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all SAP‑related matters.
• Own consulting revenue and operating margin targets (approximately $6 M annually).
• Lead new‑business development, sales strategy, and implementation of SAP solutions for mid‑to‑large enterprises.
• Manage key account opportunities and ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to win high‑value engagements.
• Strengthen Infosys Consulting’s presence with existing large clients and expand into new accounts.
• Ensure consistent, on‑time, and cost‑effective delivery of services and solutions.
• Coordinate relationship‑building activities with partners, engagement managers, and subject‑matter experts.
• Lead proposal development focusing on value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in SAP consulting and digital transformation.
• Track record of managing large consulting accounts and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong business development and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex implementations.
