SAP CORE, AMS Project Manager

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior SAP CORE and AMS Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery for utility and enterprise customers in Sweden. The role combines project governance, service delivery, and technical oversight to ensure high‑quality SAP solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor design, build and implementation activities for SAP CORE, AMS and ADM work products.
• Lead service governance, SLA management, KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive incident, problem, change, release and service request management processes.
• Manage delivery planning, resource capacity, risk mitigation, escalations and financials.
• Act as primary interface between client stakeholders, business teams and offshore delivery units.
• Conduct service reviews, steering committee meetings, executive governance forums and customer workshops.
• Support business growth through demand management and opportunity identification.

Required profile

• Senior project manager with extensive experience in SAP delivery, managed services and transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale SAP AMS/ADM engagements for utility or enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across on‑shore and offshore teams.
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps and Agile delivery frameworks.
