Senior Operations Controller

About the role

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior Operations Controller on behalf of one of its partner companies, based in Gothenburg. The partner is strengthening its capability in operational performance insight for service and production leaders, connecting forecasting, KPI analysis and cost drivers so that business cases and dashboards are disciplined and usable.

Key responsibilities

• Own the practical direction for operational performance insight for service and production leaders.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for forecasting and KPI analysis.
• Establish standards, routines or artefacts around cost drivers.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting business cases.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve dashboards.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.

Required profile

• Relevant experience delivering operational performance insight for service and production leaders in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of forecasting and KPI analysis.
• Practical experience applying cost drivers and business cases.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving dashboards.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
• Value added by multi-site operations or service delivery experience, performance dialogue in a cross-functional setting, and Swedish or Nordic organisation experience.
