Sales Assistant – part-time (75 %)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our store in the Stockholm Quality Outlet, Barkarby. The position is permanent, working roughly 29 hours per week across weekdays, evenings and weekends, and focuses on delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a world‑class shopping experience by offering personal service, product information and recommendations.
• Apply various sales techniques to help the team achieve its sales targets.
• Handle the cash register with accuracy and ensure smooth checkout for customers.
• Keep shelves stocked and the inventory well‑maintained, ensuring a tidy and inviting store.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate daily with teammates to reach collective store goals.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a strong focus on the customer.
• Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and variable hours.
• Attention to detail for store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Completed secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence (B‑class).
