Gym Member Host (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Member Host at SATS Näsby Slott you will be the first point of contact for members entering the gym. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide members to the right services and support them on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and ensure a friendly, professional first impression.
• Maintain the reception area and follow cleaning and operational routines.
• Promote and sell memberships, personal‑training packages and shop products.
• Use SATS systems and tools to manage member information accurately.
• Collect and act on member feedback to improve their experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, service‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and good English proficiency.
• Interest in fitness and up‑to‑date knowledge of SATS product offerings.
• Ability to handle sales situations and provide top‑class customer service.
