About the role

Join the Peak Performance team at Hede Fashion Outlet as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You will help create a world‑class shopping experience for customers while supporting the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product information and recommendations to help customers find their favourites.
• Apply various sales techniques to achieve collective sales goals.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Maintain well‑stocked shelves and a tidy sales floor in line with visual standards.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on the customer.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours.
• Attention to detail for store presentation and visual merchandising.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
