IT-upphandlare – offentlig sektor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT procurement specialist to support a Swedish government agency in delivering complex IT procurements. The position is a consulting assignment based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct public‑sector IT procurements in accordance with LOU or equivalent procurement regulations.
• Manage procurement of complex IT systems, business applications and digital services.
• Develop, coordinate and quality‑assure tender documentation, requirements and related deliverables.
• Collaborate with business representatives, IT, information security, data protection, architecture, legal and operations teams to align requirements.
• Communicate procurement questions clearly to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public‑sector IT procurement, preferably within Swedish government bodies.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Flexibility and high collaboration skills to work closely with the client.
