About the role

We are looking for a senior Requirements Manager to support a public traffic authority in Stockholm. The assignment is a full‑time consulting role focused on business and IT development within large, complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and structure business and IT needs for multiple strategic projects.
• Lead requirement capture, documentation and validation together with project teams.
• Participate throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, initiative leaders, product owners, operations and development teams.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in requirements management or business analysis, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong ability to work flexibly and cooperate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Required skills

• Proven experience with requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation.
• Familiarity with IT‑driven projects and large‑scale system procurements.
