About the role

Join Zurich's Underwriting Service Specialist Team in Stockholm, handling multinational insurance programs within Property. The role combines administrative precision with customer‑facing activities across the Nordic market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information to Zurich Network Offices and partners to issue local policies within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Support underwriters in pre‑ and post‑bound activities and assist colleagues as needed.
• Participate in external market activities, meetings with customers and brokers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field.
• Experience in a service role with market‑facing activities and strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Strategic thinking, accuracy, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.

Required skills

• High digital maturity with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems with speed and accuracy.
