Skogsmaskinförare – skogsmaskinoperatör i Paljakka

About the role

We are looking for a motivated forest machine operator to join our production team covering the Graninge‑Paljakka area. You will work with modern forestry equipment to harvest and transport timber, contributing to a sustainable value chain from forest to industry.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain forest machines such as skotars and other harvesting equipment.
• Transport felled timber to roadways safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external landowners to meet quality and sustainability targets.
• Support daily safety and efficiency initiatives on the work site.

Required profile

• Interest in forestry and technology.
• Valid B‑driver’s licence.
• Previous experience operating forest machines.
• Willingness to work shift patterns (morning and afternoon every other week) and occasional solo tasks.
• Secondary forestry education or equivalent knowledge.
• Basic computer skills for using digital tools and communication.
