Senior Business Analyst – Sales Air Content

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Sales Air Content team, you will drive revenue and strategic growth across global B2B partnerships, turning complex market data into high‑impact business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize flight content and distribution to offer the world’s best range of options and collaborate with internal teams for partner delivery.
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities aligned with team goals and partner strategies.
• Use commercial data (conversion, margins, partner performance) to build business strategies and solve strategic problems.
• Lead high‑impact commercial projects from diagnosis through implementation and rollout.
• Align cross‑functional teams and work closely with internal stakeholders and external B2B partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience driving data‑based business outcomes and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive drive, high sense of urgency, strong commercial ambition and hands‑on problem‑solving.
• Analytical thinking with ability to present solutions, lead initiatives and challenge existing processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strategic communication skills to articulate business strategy and negotiate with senior leaders.

Required skills

• Degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• Background in management consulting, BizOps, strategy or yield management is a plus.
• Experience with travel tech (GDS/NDC) or AI tools is highly valued.
