Scrub Tech / Operationssjuksköterska – Private Aesthetic Surgery

About the role

Adoreal, a vertical SaaS partner of plastic surgery clinics, is recruiting an experienced Operationssjuksköterska / Scrub Tech for a full-time, on-site position in Stockholm. The role sits in a private, ambulatory (non-hospital) aesthetic surgery setting, working chairside in a small, high-precision surgical team and supporting surgeons directly during procedures, including suturing.

Key responsibilities

• Scrub in and assist directly in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures (breast, body, face) in an outpatient surgical suite.
• Perform suturing and wound closure under surgeon direction or protocol.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments and surgical trays specific to plastic surgery procedures.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs and keep the operating room flowing smoothly in a small team.
• Manage instrument sterilization, inventory and equipment readiness between cases.
• Support pre-op and post-op patient care alongside the surgical and clinical team.
• Ensure all procedures meet Swedish healthcare regulatory, hygiene and patient safety standards.

Required profile

• Certified Operationssjuksköterska (specialist nurse anesthesia/OR) or an equivalent scrub tech / surgical technologist qualification recognized in Sweden.
• Proven experience in a private or ambulatory surgical clinic (aesthetic, plastic or outpatient); hospital-only experience is not the focus.
• Demonstrated suturing skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English, due to the clinic's international patient and surgeon-training base.
• Strong attention to sterile technique, detail and patient safety compliance.
