Clinical Provider - Mental Health (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

Intellect is looking for a Clinical Provider to support clients on their journey toward better mental health and personal growth through its telehealth platform. This is a freelance, remote role offering complete flexibility, with business hours set by the provider, and it can complement a current job or private practice. Local candidates are preferred but others are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support to Intellect's clients
• Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addiction
• Partner with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Required profile

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• A minimum of 300 clinical hours after the master's degree
• Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics or similar settings
• Proficiency in English and your local language
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus

Required skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT or SFBT
• Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling or coaching managerial roles is preferred
