Client Manager / Nurse - Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic

About the role

A newly established aesthetic plastic surgery clinic in Nacka Strand, Stockholm, is looking for a Client Manager / Nurse to join from day one. The role combines clinical nursing with patient coordination, front office work and operational involvement, and offers the chance to help build the clinic's systems, routines and patient experience alongside an experienced plastic surgery team.

Key responsibilities

• Nursing care before, during and after aesthetic and medical procedures, including patient intake, vital signs monitoring and pre-treatment assessments
• Assisting surgeons and clinicians during consultations, treatments and procedures, and administering medications, injections and treatments within scope of practice
• Maintaining accurate medical records in line with Swedish healthcare regulations and escalating clinical concerns promptly
• Welcome patients, coordinate bookings, scheduling, reminders, follow-ups and patient communication, and manage intake forms, consent documents and invoicing
• Coordinate supplies, logistics and communication with external partners and laboratories, and maintain an organised, elegant reception and clinical environment
• Help create workflows and systems, support quality improvement, and ensure GDPR, confidentiality and Swedish/EU healthcare compliance

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Leg. Sjuksköterska) with a valid Swedish nursing licence (Socialstyrelsen)
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience; aesthetic, dermatology or general practice preferred
• Strong patient communication skills and ability to multitask between clinical and administrative duties
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
• Comfortable working independently and in a small, collaborative team

Preferred

• Experience in a private healthcare setting
• Registered Injection Nurse experience and familiarity with injectable treatments
• Familiarity with plastic surgery procedures and previous front-of-house or patient-facing coordination role
