Regional Director, Cyber Security Business Growth (Northern Europe)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Regional Director to drive the growth of its Cyber Security business across Northern Europe. Reporting as the P&L owner, you will shape strategy, build a high‑performing sales organisation and work directly with clients to expand Mastercard’s cybersecurity footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a collaborative go‑to‑market operating model with clear joint account coverage.
• Align sales and business‑development teams around a unified Mastercard Cyber narrative and sales process.
• Facilitate cross‑sell opportunities between Recorded Future, RiskRecon and Mastercard Consulting.
• Oversee sales enablement, including collateral, pitch decks, training and pipeline visibility.
• Coordinate product, sales, customer‑success and marketing teams for launches and revenue targets.
• Lead a regional sales organisation, set targets, monitor performance and ensure profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading P&L for cybersecurity or related technology services.
• Strong track record in building and scaling B2B sales teams in Northern Europe.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strategic mindset with a data‑driven approach to growth.
