Distribution and Partnerships Lead – Wealth Management

About the role

The Distribution and Partnerships Lead will report to the Commercial Leader for Wealth Management and will be responsible for driving assets under management and revenue growth across Europe. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with private banks, wealth managers, multi‑family offices and other financial intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and target prospects across private banks, wealth managers, multi‑family offices and other financial intermediaries.
• Develop and grow relationships across public and private markets and lead strategic partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with investment and proposition teams to ensure Mercer’s wealth‑management offering is competitive.
• Generate leads, manage the pipeline and support commercial sales across Europe.
• Represent the investment business within the broader Marsh McLennan organisation and participate in external events.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading relationships and sales with private banks or wealth managers.
• Deep understanding of the institutional investment landscape, including public and private markets.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple jurisdictions and influence stakeholders.
• Degree‑educated; industry qualifications such as IMC or CFA are advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of investment solutions for institutional clients.
• Familiarity with both public and private market products.
