Product Implementation Manager

About the role

Hitachi Energy Sweden is looking for a Product Implementation Manager in Ludvika, Sweden, to act as the responsible project manager for introducing and phasing out products in the factory. The role works cross-functionally with sales, design, R&D, production and after-sales, and sits within the Design team at HV Breakers, a fast-paced company with around 350 employees that is growing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product introduction and phase-out projects in a structured way so that deliverables are completed on time
• Collaborate with departments such as sales, design, procurement and production
• Manage all communication and report progress and results to the R&D Project Manager, the Local Product Manager and the local management team
• Lead implementation projects or smaller improvement projects that require interaction with many departments and people

Required profile

• An engineering background or relevant work experience
• A strong team player interested in learning about the products and the business
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate others
• Prior project management experience is an advantage but not required
• Proficiency in English and Swedish, as communication with employees across departments and countries is needed
