Media & Publisher Coordinator

About the role

Raketech, an iGaming affiliate and performance marketing company, is looking for a Media & Publisher Coordinator based in Sweden (Stockholm area), working full time in a hybrid setup with at least three days a week in the office. The role supports the Director of Media & Publishers, who builds the publisher network in the Nordic markets, sells media placements and finds exclusive partners. It starts in administration and coordination, learning how publisher and media deals work, and develops toward sales, with a development plan agreed together.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on media placements and coordinate bookings, keeping deadlines on track
• Make sure external publishers comply with local regulations and compliance rules
• Review new publisher applications
• Maintain the publisher and partner overview: contacts, status, agreements, deal requests and next steps
• Research and map potential new publishers and partners in the Nordic markets and prepare shortlists for the Director
• Help prepare proposals, media kits and performance overviews for publishers and partners
• Handle day-to-day written communication with partners and external providers
• Join partner conversations and, over time, take on smaller accounts and outreach

Required profile

• Early in your career, with a clear wish to grow into sales
• Structured and detail-oriented, with good follow-through
• Strong written communication in English and Swedish
• Nice to have: Danish, Norwegian or Finnish; internship or first experience in sales, media, ad operations or partnerships
