Associate Brand Strategist

About the role

Kurppa Hosk, a brand agency working with companies across Europe and the U.S. at decisive moments, is growing its Stockholm team and looking for a full-time Associate Brand Strategist, ideally starting in January 2027. You will own key parts of brand strategy projects, from research and analysis to building the story presented to clients, working closely with senior strategists and the insights team.

Key responsibilities

• Own, plan and deliver workstreams within larger strategy projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and carry out qualitative and quantitative research and insight work
• Turn findings into your own analyses and points of view and argue for them
• Structure and write clear parts of strategy presentations
• Present workstreams clearly in client meetings and workshops
• Work with design and creative teams so that insights shape visual systems, communication platforms and brand experiences
• Contribute to pitches and new business

Required profile

• Around 1-2 years of relevant experience in a brand consultancy, design studio, strategic research agency or progressive in-house brand team, owning a piece of work end to end
• Demonstrated foundational experience in brand building, consumer behaviour, culture and what makes people choose one brand over another
• Clear, mature written and spoken communication, proactive and collaborative
• Higher education in business, marketing, engineering, psychology, journalism or a related field
• Fluent English; additional languages including Swedish are a plus
• Eligibility to work in Sweden
