Junior Brand Strategist

About the role

Kurppa Hosk, a brand agency based in Stockholm, is growing its team and is looking for a full-time Junior Brand Strategist, ideally starting in January 2027. You will own individual tasks within brand strategy projects, working closely with senior strategists who will coach you, and take part in work ranging from repositioning global industrial companies to building new brands for start-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across markets, competitors and culture, with support from seniors
• Synthesise research findings into structured summaries that uncover patterns and feed strategic hypotheses
• Shadow senior strategists in client interviews, workshops and presentations; manage logistics, capture key dynamics and learn the craft of presenting and applying strategy
• Contribute actively to the team's work with your own analyses, reflections and perspectives
• Prepare and build drafts of presentation decks and workshop material

Required profile

• A Master's degree and/or up to 1 year of relevant work experience, such as internships or projects in brand, research or communication
• Strong interest in brand building, consumer behaviour and culture
• Fluent English; additional languages including Swedish are a plus
• Eligibility to work in Sweden
