Industry GTM Lead - Construction & Engineering

About the role

IFS is hiring an Industry GTM Lead for Construction & Engineering in Stockholm. This is a strategic leadership role that drives growth in a specific industry vertical by applying proprietary AI solutions across the IFS portfolio. As a player coach and AI Industry Principal, the person is the domain expert for Industrial AI capabilities in the vertical and acts as a thought leader and catalyst for revenue growth and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize efforts toward near-term revenue opportunities.
• Keep sales teams aligned and well prepared before customer workshops.
• Work with customers in their own environments, with both executive decision makers and end users.
• Shape the go-to-market approach for a specific customer using out-of-the-box AI capabilities, with knowledge of the wider IFS portfolio.
• Drive a culture of speed and quality of execution, and follow industry trends and breakthroughs in the vertical.
• Act as the ultimate evangelist in the industry, working with stakeholders to communicate and influence go-to-market and product strategy.

Required profile

• Significant practical and management experience in enterprise software, within the specified industry vertical.
• Commercial solutioning experience: envisioning, defining, scoping and scaling offerings.
• Ability to give concrete examples of unlocking customer value in a business context.
• Significant experience in technical roles, with several years of hands-on technical experience.
• Leadership and management experience is crucial.
• Mature understanding of commercial topics and financial drivers for a customer and IFS.

Required skills

• Understanding of key industry trends in the chosen field.
• Desirable: mastery of agile concepts and Value Engineering.
