Lead Account Manager, Mobile Water Services Nordics

About the role

Veolia is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the growth of its Mobile Water Services across the Nordic region. It is a hunter role focused on new business development: building a strong pipeline, closing significant deals and selling services from emergency response to multi-year contracts in the industrial and municipal sectors. The position is ideally based at the office in Lund, Sweden, with flexibility across the Nordics.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by prospecting, developing and closing opportunities across the Nordic region.
• Become the go-to expert for mobile water solutions and establish yourself as an industry leader.
• Understand complex customer needs and provide competitive, sustainable solutions for water treatment challenges.
• Promote digital monitoring and cutting-edge Veolia technologies while staying ahead of market trends.
• Work with Project Managers, Account Managers and technical centres of excellence to deliver world-class service.

Required profile

• Solid experience in solutions-based sales targeting municipal or industrial water customers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant business qualifications, or equivalent time served.
• Proven track record in complex technical sales and contract negotiation.
• Hunter mindset with strong networking, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Nordic languages.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the Nordic region; full driving licence required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to build lasting partnerships with executive presence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce and bid preparation.
• Solid understanding of water treatment technologies and engineering principles.
