HR Business Partner – Parts Distribution & Global Sourcing

About the role

As an HR Business Partner for Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL) and Global Sourcing, you will act as a strategic advisor to two global functions that are critical to Alfa Laval’s ability to source, distribute and deliver products worldwide. Reporting to the VP of PDL with a dotted‑line to the VP of Sourcing, you will shape people, organization and leadership agendas in line with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with PDL and Global Sourcing management teams to translate business strategies into people, organization and leadership priorities.
• Challenge and advise senior leaders from an HR perspective, providing objective views and constructive feedback.
• Develop leaders, teams and organizational capabilities to strengthen performance and long‑term competitiveness.
• Define and drive the people and culture agenda in alignment with the Group People Strategy.
• Act as a key change agent, leading the people perspective in global transformation initiatives.
• Use HR data, analytics and insights to identify patterns, opportunities and risks, turning them into actionable business solutions.
• Drive implementation and effective use of HR processes, tools and analytics across the organizations.
• Build strong collaboration with local Distribution Centers, Global Sourcing teams and HR Business Partners across regions.

Required profile

• Confident, commercially minded HR professional who builds strong relationships with senior leaders and can challenge them constructively.
• Curious about the business, asks critical questions and translates complex people topics into clear priorities.
• Analytical mindset, using data to challenge assumptions and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent communicator adaptable to diverse stakeholders, cultures and organizational levels.
• Comfortable influencing without formal authority and pragmatic, data‑informed problem solver.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Proven track record across core HR disciplines, organizational and leadership development.
• Significant experience working in global organizations across multiple countries and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and leading people perspectives in complex transformations.
• Solid experience with HR data, people analytics, talent management and strategic workforce planning.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
