Project Manager – Global Time & Attendance & Absence System

About the role

Alfa Laval is rolling out a global Time, Attendance and Absence management system across its international matrix organization. The role leads the end‑to‑end implementation, balancing global standardisation with local legal and operational requirements while coordinating HR, IT, payroll, finance and procurement stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the RFP and vendor selection process.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of the global HR system, including process design, integrations, data migration, testing and regional rollout.
• Coordinate with international teams, vendors and internal functions to ensure seamless integration and regulatory compliance.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies, reporting progress to the steering committee.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans to secure adoption across regions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of complex, multi‑country HR technology implementations.
• Strong programme and project governance capabilities.
• Experience delivering Time & Attendance or Absence system projects in a global, matrix environment.
• Ability to align global standards with country‑specific legal and operational requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across HR, IT, payroll, vendors and business leadership.
• Disciplined approach to risk, data, testing, change and deployment.
• Relevant degree and certifications (PMP preferred).
