Financial Services Consultant – Insurance, Stockholm

About the role

Accenture is expanding its Financial Services team in Stockholm and is looking for a Consultant to help leading Nordic insurers tackle their strategic and transformation challenges. The team works with clients across the full change life cycle, from strategy development to transformation delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Help insurers across all lines of business with corporate strategy, growth opportunities and operating model design
• Support strategic cost management, buy vs. build assessments and value management
• Design and deliver change programs and validate platforms and solutions for insurance-specific needs
• Optimize business processes and enable digital transformation
• Work across the full insurance spectrum, with a genuine understanding of how insurance products work in practice

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in management consulting, insurance or corporate strategy roles
• Comfortable working across the full change lifecycle, from strategy to transformation
• Experience contributing to change initiatives or strategic analyses
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Master's degree with an excellent academic record
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (Swedish fluency preferred)
• Experience in P&C insurance, life, health or specialty insurance is an advantage
