Delivery Solution Architect - Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure & AI

About the role

HPE Professional Services designs, integrates and delivers hybrid cloud and AI-enabled solutions for enterprise customers. As a Delivery Solution Architect you will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader, designing end-to-end hybrid cloud and AI architectures and working with customers, sales teams and delivery organisations. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office, and candidates must be eligible for Swedish security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
• Design documented solutions for customer requirements and RFPs, with sales teams
• Lead workshops gathering business, technical and data requirements
• Propose architectures aligned with HPE and partner portfolios and guide platform adoption
• Develop cost models and optimise infrastructure and cloud spend
• Design end-to-end architectures combining on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms and services
• Support implementation, ensuring security, compliance and ethical AI principles
• Design migration plans for applications, data and AI workloads between on-premises and cloud
• Stay current on AI, machine learning, cloud-native platforms and automation

Required profile

• 7+ years as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect or Infrastructure Architect
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Willing and eligible for Swedish security clearance
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is a strong advantage

• Hybrid cloud, IaaS, PaaS, DevOps and CI/CD
• Linux and Windows, containers, Kubernetes and microservices
• AI/ML concepts: model training vs. inference, data pipelines, GPU workloads, MLOps
• IT infrastructure components and ITIL/ITSM frameworks
