Senior Product Manager - PayLater (Fixed Term)

About the role

Arrive is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its PayLater product, a post-pay billing solution that lets drivers and business customers receive consolidated invoices after parking sessions and settle balances via Direct Debit. The role is fixed term and based in Stockholm, and combines being the internal expert on PayLater, owning a product under active compliance and migration pressure, and shaping the long-term deferred payment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central product contact for PayLater, answering questions from customer care, finance and legal teams and maintaining clear product documentation
• Lead the product response to EU e-invoicing mandates (ViDA and EN 16931) and own the migration of legacy billing and payment flows to compliant infrastructure
• Balance SEPA Direct Debit mandate lifecycle management with invoicing compliance across B2B and consumer segments
• Drive the long-term roadmap for PayLater and B2B billing, lead product discovery, set KPIs and product health metrics, and decide on retiring legacy flows

Required profile

• 5+ years in product management with a focus on payments, billing or financial infrastructure; B2B billing experience strongly preferred
• Direct experience with B2B billing infrastructure, SEPA Direct Debit and EU e-invoicing requirements
• Proven ability to own a product end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Required skills

• Understanding of SEPA Direct Debit mandate lifecycle and EU e-invoicing formats such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and PEPPOL
• Discovery, metric tracking and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
